Lamb Products
- Our lamb comes exclusively from our farm and is the highly sought-after “Barqee Bread,” considered the best in Egypt and in high demand for export. This breed is known for its exceptional taste and lack of the strong odor found in some other lamb varieties. Our lambs are slaughtered at 5-6 months maximum, reaching a live weight of 45-50 kg and yielding a carcass weight of 20-23 kg. While Egypt has many lamb breeds with diverse flavors, tenderness, and smells, we guarantee the superior quality of our Barqee lamb.

Immediately after cutting, our products are vacuum-packed and placed in specially treated cartons designed for freezing. These cartons are then transferred to a -40°C freezing tunnel for rapid freezing within two hours, ensuring adherence to international hygiene and health standards.
